As a communication coach I've taken all that I've learned from 30 years of performing on stages across the world and combined it with my committed psychological, trauma-informed and spiritual practice as a healer, teacher, and student.
As a transformation coach, advanced EFT and TRE® practitioner, and vocal healer, I know how to gently and compassionately face and treat the self-expression blocks that have been holding you back.
From personal experience, I know exactly what is needed to learn to feel safe—and then powerfully confident—when faced with large groups of people or in one-on-one relationships, and I consider it my purpose to help guide you there.
