Themes & Focus
On the Radiant Voices Retreat, we will focus on various aspects of communication, both in groups and one-on-one. From unblocking powerful group communication skills to honing authenticity and emotional regulation in individual interactions, the program addresses the core of effective and heart-centered expression.
The retreat will address public speaking skills, overcoming the fear of visibility, and dismantling internal barriers such as perfectionism and self-criticism. We will tackle imposter syndrome head-on, helping you move from self-doubt to become a powerful changemaker in your communities and beyond.
Tools & Practices
Guided by the proprietary Radiant Voices process, the retreat incorporates tools to decondition old expression patterns, decrease vocal anxiety, and work through triggers in various communication scenarios. You will learn how to shift states from anxiety to confidence and to employ embodiment techniques for calm, safe self-expression.
The program covers emotional regulation, heart-centered expression, presence, and mindfulness to reduce mental noise and anxiety. Specialized practices for public speaking, group communication, and one-on-one interactions are integrated, along with video and photographic skills for effective self-presentation.

I've taken all that I've learned from 30 years of performing on stages across the world and combined it with my committed spiritual, psychological, and trauma-informed practice as a healer, teacher, and student.
As a transformation coach, advanced EFT and TRE® practitioner, and vocal healer, I know how to gently and compassionately face and treat the self-expression blocks that have been holding you back.
From personal experience, I know exactly what is needed to learn to feel safe—and then confident—when faced with large groups of people or in one-on-one relationships, and I consider it my purpose to help guide you there.

Secure your place and begin planning your remarkable retreat to paradise.
A non-refundable and non-transferable $500 deposit secures your space in the retreat. The full amount is due 90 days prior to the start date of the retreat (September 1st 2024).
Upon registering, you will be required to review and agree to the Yoga Retreat Agreement, Release of Liability Waiver and Imiloa’s terms and conditions. Refunds will be granted as per the retreat agreement waiver. Cancel-for-any-reason travel insurance is required. Please note: based on most policies, cancel-for-any-reason insurance must be purchased within 20 days of paying the initial deposit.
Register before May 1st and receive a bonus hour-long massage therapy treatment.
Pay in full before June 1st and receive a 5% discount.

A completely private campus available to our retreat group only. Access to a private waterfall, nature paths, incredible flora and fauna, and an ocean-view infinity pool. Also included is a dedicated team of 20+ local professionals to coordinate everything for your enjoyment from touch down to take off.
