Sessions are 50 minutes long. I mostly see my clients every 2 weeks, but when I have availability, I may be able to see you every week for faster progress. You’ll book either a 6 or 12 session package.

Yes, definitely! You can overcome anxiety and self-criticism when speaking to groups of people. You’ll learn the tools to ‘unfreeze’, or move through anxiety before speaking. You can feel comfortable in your own skin, even in front of 500 people. 

Yes! Together, we'll work on both the root causes of your self-expression and social anxiety blocks, and provide practical solutions for shifting out of anxious states when communicating in real time. Over time, your anxiety levels will drop considerably.

Your system probably has a long-held pattern of entering a freeze response when communicating. This is a neurophysiological state where your ‘dorsal vagal parasympathetic nervous system’ is engaged, and your body has been pumped full of pain relieving hormones. So you become incoherent! You can learn to shift out of this state.
