The purpose of The Vocal Esteem Questionnaire is to gain an understanding of some of the difficulties people experience when expressing themselves. The project was born out of an understanding that people experience problems while speaking and singing with others. There is very little research in this field, and little understanding of how pervasive self-expression challenges are experienced. The Vocal Esteem Questionnaire was developed by Miriam van Mersbergen and Jeremy de Tolly.
